How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from Sweden. Delivery time is normally 2–5 business days for nearby countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland). Within Europe, shipping usually takes 3–7 business days.
During peak periods, delivery may take longer. You will be notified if this happens.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes — we ship internationally within Scandinavia and Europe. We don’t currently offer worldwide delivery, but feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange it if possible.
How much does shipping cost?
We always offer free shipping. We believe delivery should never come as an extra cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link once your package leaves our warehouse in Sweden.
Do I have to pay customs or duties?
If you live within the EU, there are no customs fees or extra charges. For orders outside the EU, local taxes and import duties may apply. These are usually around 5–25% of the order value (depending on the country you order to), plus a possible handling fee from the local carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 30 days as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer covers the return shipping cost, and refunds are issued once we’ve received and inspected the product. Read our Refund Policy for more information
How do I return an item?
First of all contact us at contact@karlgoggles.com, pack the item securely, and ship it back using a postal service. We’ll provide the return address, and once we receive the package we’ll process your refund promptly. Read our Refund Policy for more information
Can I exchange my goggles for a different model/color?
Exchanges are possible provided the goggles are unused and returned in their original packaging. If the replacement item has a higher price, the difference will be charged, and if it is the other way around, we will issue a refund. Please contact us at contact@karlgoggles.com to initiate an potential exchange.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed promptly after we have received and inspected the returned item. The exact time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, but it usually takes 3–7 business days.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Our packaging is designed to withstand rough handling, but if your product still arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us right away at contact@karlgoggles.com with your order details and photos of the item. We will arrange either a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.
Product & Care
Do the goggles fit all helmets?
Yes, the goggles are designed to fit both large and small helmets. The strap length is adjustable to suit the vast majority of users, and they can comfortably be worn either over or under the helmet. Please note that the fit is mainly tailored for adults in terms of head and face size.
Which lens is best for different weather conditions?
Our Photochromic lens is the most versatile choice and works as the ultimate allround option — clear in low light or darkness, and darkening automatically when the sun comes out. For extremely bright conditions, the Black lens offers maximum protection and glare reduction. Our pink lens is also a reliable option for all conditions, with extra sharpness in flat light or fog. Still, if you’re looking for one lens that truly handles it all, the Photochromic is the top choice.
How do I change the lens?
Both the lens and the frame have built-in magnets. With a little force, the lens releases and the new one snaps smoothly into the right position thanks to the magnetic system. The easiest way is to not wear gloves, grip the outer edges of the lens on the right and left side, and pull straight outwards.
Are the goggles anti-fog?
Yes. The goggles feature an anti-fog coating on the inside of the lens that prevents condensation from building up. They are also designed with a triple-layer foam and ventilation system that lets warm air and moisture escape while keeping cold air out.
How should I clean and care for my goggles?
Use the included microfiber cloth to keep the lens clean. If the goggles are soaked after a wild pow day, let them air dry at room temperature — avoid radiators. We highly recommend to keep the goggles in the protective case on your days off, or even more while traveling.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes - for life. Every pair of Karl Goggles is backed by a lifetime warranty for the original owner. If anything fails due to faulty materials or workmanship - whether it’s the frame, lens interface, strap hardware, or any other component. We’ll repair or replace your goggles. No small print. No hidden exceptions.
This warranty is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
