Refund policy

You may return items purchased at regular price within 30 days. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

For online purchases, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. This means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or someone on your behalf, physically received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear message by email.

The withdrawal right is valid as long as you contact us before the 14-day period expires.

The right does not apply to customized products.

You are responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties, and function.

Returns and Refunds

Products must be sent back without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is considered observed if you return the item before the 14 days have passed.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or an incorrect product has been delivered.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

Refunds will be made without additional fees.

Steps for returning an item:

2. Pack the unused item securely.

3. Ship the package back through a postal service. The return address will be provided by us.

4. When we receive the return, we will process the refund promptly.
