KARL STORY.
Yes, we're from Sweden - a country where winters are long, dark, and not always generous with snow.
Every year we hope for a white Christmas, but the weather doesn’t always deliver. The further north you go, the deeper the snow and the darker the days. In some places, the sun doesn’t even rise for weeks. But in that darkness, there’s time for us to be creative.
We’ve always loved skiing. We’ve always loved design. Eventually, those two things came together - and goggles became our guilty pleasure.
So we started Karl Goggles.
WHY KARL?
We had to come up with a name for our brand, and we wanted something that felt real — a name that could stand on its own without anything extra.
Karl had that balance: strong, simple, and human. It’s also one of the most common names in Sweden and has been for generations. Simply timeless.
